12月25日晚，艺人朱孝天发布澄清声明，就近期相关事宜，作出澄清与致歉。

On the evening of Thursday, artist Zhu Xiaotian publicly apologized for his recent online comments, acknowledging they were inappropriate and had caused unnecessary public speculation.

In a statement, Zhu expressed regret over his conduct, explaining that prolonged online harassment had affected his judgment. He admitted to making inaccurate remarks in private communications, including an incorrect reference to the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, and apologized for the confusion caused.

艺人朱孝天在粉丝群中称，已举报五月天所属经纪公司“相信音乐”，并且已配合相关部门完成官方调查。

Earlier on Dec 25, the topic "Zhu Xiaotian Exposes Mayday Company" surged to the top of Weibo's hot search list. It was reported that Zhu Xiaotian had told his fan group he had reported Mayday's management company, "Bin-music", to authorities and had cooperated with an official investigation.

他在粉丝群中爆料：五月天所属经纪公司“相信音乐”涉嫌多项违规行为，包括勾结黄牛炒票、通过跨境贸易公司转移资金逃税、强制艺人假唱，甚至牵涉立场问题。

随后，针对网传朱孝天爆料五月天所属经纪公司相信音乐，涉嫌勾结黄牛炒票、通过跨境贸易公司转移资金逃税，还涉及华人文化和大麦网等内容，大麦网相关工作人员表示，已对不实信息进行取证，并保留采取一切法律措施追究造谣方法律责任的权利。

In the fan group, Zhu alleged that Bin-music was involved in several violations, including colluding with scalpers to inflate ticket prices, transferring funds through cross-border trade companies to evade taxes, coercing artists to lip-sync during performances, and even involving issues related to political stance.

Following the spread of these allegations online, a representative from Damai (a ticketing service platform) stated that evidence had been collected regarding the false information, and the company reserved the right to pursue legal action against those responsible for the rumors.

公开资料显示，朱孝天，1979年出生于中国台湾省，毕业于北京电影学院，中国台湾男演员、歌手，曾是偶像组合F4成员之一。2001年，朱孝天因出演偶像剧《流星花园》“西门”一角而广受欢迎。
