友阿股份公告称，2024年12月9日，控股股东友阿控股拟将6984.81万股（占总股本5.01%）无限售流通股转让给上海勤学堂，转让价款2.11亿元。2025年2月双方签署补充合同，将最晚交割日调整为2025年12月。鉴于预计无法按进度申请合规确认手续，双方于2025年签订《股票转让合同之补充合同二》，将最晚交割日延至2026年，若届时未过户，合同自动解除。本次转让不影响控股权，交易完成尚不确定。
