今天（12月24日）下午，记者从交通运输部东海救助局获悉，近日，强冷空气席卷福建沿海。12月21日，南日岛附近海域，一艘外籍空载油轮突发故障失去动力，船上15名船员生命危在旦夕。在恶劣海况下，经过近50小时的艰难救援，交通运输部东海救助局 “东海救113”轮于23日中午成功将该遇险船舶拖抵安全水域，全体船员获救。（东方视频 蔡黄浩）
