12月24日，东宏股份（603856）发布公告，公司计划以自有资金及自筹资金通过集中竞价方式回购股份，回购金额不低于3000万元且不超过6000万元，回购价格上限为19.37元/股，预计回购股份数量在155万股至310万股，占总股本的0.55%至1.10%，用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购期限为自董事会审议通过之日起的12个月内。
2025年前三季度，东宏股份实现收入17.00亿元，归母净利润1.74亿元。
