人民财讯12月24日电，北新路桥(002307)12月24日公告，公司将拟所持河南禹亳铁路发展有限公司（简称“河南禹亳”）全部股权（工商登记出资比例为5.33%）转让给新疆建融国有资本运营投资（集团）有限责任公司，转让价格2.43亿元。交易完成后，公司将不再持有河南禹亳的股权。
