12月24日，久日新材（688199）发布公告，核心技术人员裵埈範（BAE JUNBOM）因个人原因，申请于2025年12月31日辞去公司半导体化学材料事业部光刻胶品管总监职务。辞职后，裵埈範不再担任公司及子公司任何职务，因此公司不再认定其为核心技术人员。
截至公告披露日，裵埈範的辞职使公司核心技术人员由9名减少至8名。
2025年前三季度，久日新材实现收入10.97亿元，归母净利润272万元。
