北京商报讯（记者 李晗）12月23日晚，中国金茂发布公告称，上海金茂与三亚峦茂于2025年12月23日签订产权交易合同，同意以约22.65亿元出售三亚旅业100%股权，标的资产为位于海南省三亚市的三亚丽思卡尔顿酒店。
