北京商报讯（记者 马换换 李佳雪）12月23日股价涨停收盘的友邦吊顶（002718），12月24日早间披露公告称，公司筹划控制权变更事项，经公司申请，公司股票于12月24日起临时停牌。
交易行情显示，友邦吊顶12月13日小幅高开，之后公司股价震荡走高，盘中封上涨停。截至收盘，公司报涨停价32.67元/股，总市值42.29亿元。
