本报北京12月23日电(记者严冰)记者从中国国家铁路集团有限公司获悉，23日，包银高铁包惠段正式建成通车，包银高铁全线贯通运营，“八纵八横”高速铁路网京兰通道全线贯通，完善了西北地区高铁路网，为新时代西部大开发注入新动能。
