总台记者当地时间23日获悉，美国警方称，特拉华州威尔明顿附近的新卡斯尔县机动车辆管理局发生枪击事件，一名警员和一名嫌疑人受伤。特拉华州州警已发布枪击事件警报。（总台记者 张颖哲）
