博士眼镜（300622）发布公告，公司于2025年12月23日召开职工代表大会，同意选举戴新召担任职工代表董事，同时免去张笑丽职工代表监事职务。
戴新召，1981年出生，曾先后任职于华侨城洲际酒店、华润凯悦国际酒店、中国电信大运项目组等，2016年入职公司，先后在公司担任行政经理、拓展经理，2023年至今担任公司门店开发负责人。
2025年前三季度，博士眼镜实现收入10.80亿元，归母净利润8783万元。
