财联社12月23日电，据集邦数据，今日国际DRAM颗粒现货价格整体上涨，除DDR4集体上涨外，DDR5和DDR3部分颗粒也有小幅上涨。今日DDR4 8Gb (512Mx16) 3200涨幅2.83%，均价16.350美元；DDR4 8Gb (1Gx8) 2666涨幅2.73%，均价16.450美元。
