近日，上海徐汇区市场监管局对网红餐饮店“明呈黄鱼面馆”开展突击检查，执法视频引发热议。该店招牌黄鱼面售价55元至百元不等，曾是博主、游客打卡点。检查中发现其后厨脏乱不堪：地面厚重污垢、消毒柜未启用、调料罐污黑，且存在使用变质番茄、过期豆制品等问题。目前市监局已立案调查。网友纷纷呼吁严惩食品安全隐患，强化餐饮行业监管。
