12月22日，东江环保（002672/00895）发布公告，拟以公开摘牌方式参与广东省具身智能科技有限公司的增资扩股，计划投入不超过1200万元认购具身智能不超过4%的股权。此次增资扩股的目的在于拓展公司业务领域，把握人工智能产业发展机遇。
根据公告，广晟控股集团是公司的控股股东，而具身智能为其控股子公司，因此本次交易构成关联交易。
2025年前三季度，东江环保实现收入24.00亿元，归母净利润-5.60亿元。
