二连跌之后，佛山楼市终于于上周止跌回温。
数据显示，佛山上周共成交一手房网签666套，环涨52.75%，网签面积约8.15万㎡，环涨54.06%。
五区方面则无一例外的集体上涨。其中，顺德涨幅最大，单区涨幅达126.47%，并明显领先于其余四区。南海和禅城紧随其后，分别网签156套和132套。而高明则以21套居末。
不止是一手，二手也于上周稍有回温。
数据显示，佛山上周共成交二手房1114套，环涨3.92%，网签面积约14.09万㎡，环涨8.38%。
