《科创板日报》22日讯，比利时微电子研究中心（IMEC）已成功利用阿斯麦最先进的极紫外光刻（EUV）设备，实现了纳米孔的全晶圆级制造，纳米孔的特性在生物医学领域极具研究价值。阿斯麦公司公关负责人将此称作其公司设备“一项出人意料的卓越生物医学应用”。鉴于纳米孔为分子传感技术开辟的广阔前景，这项突破或将成为该领域的重要进展。 (Tom's Hardware)
