12月21日，凯瑞德（002072）发布公告，持股5%以上股东湖北农谷实业集团有限责任公司因自身资金需求，计划在公告之日起15个交易日后的3个月内通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式，合计减持不超过1103万股，占公司总股本的3%。
2025年前三季度，凯瑞德实现收入3.82亿元，归母净利润-2113万元。
