12月19日，南京奥体建设开发有限责任公司（简称“南京奥体建设”）以总价16.11亿元竞得建邺区一宗宅地用地，成交楼面价45325元/㎡，刷新区域地价纪录，打破中国能建于2016年5月创下的45213元/㎡记录。
据悉，该地块毗邻南京奥体中心和南京国际博览中心。 地块出让面积22214.65㎡，规划建筑面积35543.44㎡，容积率1.6；起始价12.75亿元，起始楼面价35872元/㎡。经过61轮竞价，该地块最终被南京奥体建设竞得，成交楼面价45325元/㎡，溢价率26.35%。
