吴说获悉，AI 数据中心公司 Hyperscale Data 宣布启动最高 5,000 万美元 的 at-the-market（ATM）普通股发行计划。公司表示，募集资金的大部分将用于购买比特币及推进其密歇根数据中心建设，少部分用于营运资金及一般公司用途。该股票发行将通过 Spartan Capital Securities 作为销售代理进行。
