新华社东京12月19日电（记者刘春燕）据《日本经济新闻》网站报道，日本央行19日在货币政策会议上通过决议，决定加息25个基点，将政策利率从0.5%上调至0.75%水平，日本政策利率由此达到30年来的最高水平。
