财联社12月19日电，今日南京有10宗宅地出让，最终1宗溢价成交，9宗底价成交，总成交金额73.19亿元。其中，建邺区宅地经过61轮竞价，最终由南京奥体建设开发有限责任公司以总价16.11亿元竞得，成交楼面价45325元/平方米，溢价率26.35%。该成交楼面价创南京涉宅用地成交楼面价新高。
