欧盟理事会18日发布公告，决定对俄罗斯“影子舰队”41艘船只实施制裁。
公告说，这41艘船只被纳入欧盟制裁清单后，将被禁止进入欧盟港口。此项决定使欧盟列名制裁的相关船只总数接近600艘。
