该公司成立于1985年2月，法定代表人为胡朝阳，经营范围包括投资、开发建设和经营管理盐田港区、大铲湾港区、国内外其他港口及港口后方陆域等，由深圳市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会全资持股。
