格隆汇12月17日｜飞利浦宣布收购SpectraWAVE公司。此次收购将扩展飞利浦现有的血管内影像与生理功能评估器械产品组合，包括Eagle Eye Plat- inum数字血管内超声与OmniWire iFR技术。SpectraWAVE成立于2017年，总部位于美国马萨诸塞州贝德福德，目前拥有70余名员工。
