IT之家 12 月 17 日消息，SilverStone 银昕 / 银欣官网最近上线了 TF03 硅脂导热膏，其以纳米钻石为基材，导热系数达到 16W/m·K，同时热阻低至 0.02 K·cm2/W。
TF03 导热膏绝缘不导电、无腐蚀性、无毒无味，质地湿润且黏稠适中，可轻松涂抹均匀，不会分离、易位、流失，适用于高性能 CPU / GPU 的散热。其适用温度范围达 -50℃ ~ +250℃。
