北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 王悦彤） 12月16日，周黑鸭发布公告称，公司于2025年12月16日通过集中竞价交易回购10.15万股，回购金额17万港元。根据回购授权的决议，公司可回购的股份总数为2.16亿股，已回购股份3076万股，占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的1.4242%。
