12月16日，集信国控（08629）发布公告，公司拟认购茂名市橘洲工程检测有限责任公司51%经扩大注册资本，总金额为1332万元。交易完成后，公司持有橘洲工程检测51%股权，将成为公司的非全资附属公司。
橘洲工程检测主要于化州市提供建设工程检测检验服务。2025年1-8月，橘洲工程检测收入为973万元，除税后利润为168万元。
