渤海汽车（600960）发布公告，2025年12月16日，公司召开董事会会议，同意选举宋玮为董事长，任职期限至第九届董事会期限届满之日止。
根据公司章程规定，董事长为公司法定代表人，公司将按照法定程序，办理完成工商变更登记手续。
2025年前三季度，渤海汽车实现收入23.67亿元，归母净利润2.10亿元。
