12月15日，寒武纪（688256）发布公告，公司拟使用资本公积金弥补累计亏损。根据天健会计师事务所出具的2024年度审计报告，截至2024年12月31日，公司母公司财务报表累计未分配利润为-27.78亿元，盈余公积期末余额为0元，资本公积期末余额为96.25亿元。
公司计划使用母公司资本公积27.78亿元弥补母公司累计亏损，弥补范围限于未分配利润负数至零。
2025年前三季度，寒武纪实现收入46.07亿元，归母净利润16.05亿元。
