财联社12月14日电，公告显示，万科“22万科MTN004”持有人会议三项展期议案均未获有效通过，核心展期规则均为展期一年且期间不付本息，差异在增信安排。议案一未设增信，无人同意；议案二增信加调整本息兑付，获83.40%同意；议案三仅一票同意。万科还有5个工作日宽限期谈判。 (每经)
