12月11日夜间至12日，甘肃迎来新一轮大范围降温、降雪天气，铁路部门第一时间启动应急预案，统筹调度各单位协同作战，保证旅客在降雪天气下安全顺利出行。兰州铁路局适时根据客流情况，加开兰州（兰州西）至中川机场东城际列车4列。
