证券日报网讯 12月11日晚间，苏州银行发布公告称，董事会近日收到后斌先生提交的辞任函。后斌先生因年龄原因，辞去本行风险总监职务，自2025年12月10日生效。辞任后，后斌先生将继续在本行担任副调研员职务。截至公告披露日，后斌先生持有本行757，800股股份。
