人民财讯12月12日电，百联股份(600827)12月12日公告，为配合杨浦区土储中心对公司位于共青路435号、共青路295号、共青路310、210号三幅地块实施收储工作，上述地块由友谊物流租赁经营管理，公司拟与友谊物流签订《交地补偿协议》，向其支付补偿款共计1.03亿元。友谊物流完成各地块土地交接后，公司将向其支付对应搬迁补偿款。
