12月11日，苏州银行发布公告称，该行董事会近日收到后斌提交的辞任函。后斌因年龄原因，辞去该行风险总监职务，自2025年12月10日生效。后斌辞任后将继续在该行担任副调研员职务。截至本公告披露日，后斌持有苏州银行75.78万股股份。辞任后，后斌将按照相关法律、法规及相关规定对其持有的该行股份进行管理。
