格隆汇12月11日丨中国网成(01920.HK)宣布，国诚会计师事务所有限公司(「国诚」)已辞任公司核数师，自2025年12月11日起生效。董事局进一步宣布，经审核委员会推荐，国衞会计师事务所有限公司(「国衞」)已获董事局委任为公司新任核数师以填补辞任导致的临时空缺，自2025年12月11日起生效，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束时为止。
