瑞财经 严明会 12月11日，春光科技公告，公司拟向特定对象发行股票募集资金总额不超过7.76亿元，将用于苏州尚腾科技制造有限公司年产清洁电器制品800万台新建项目（一期）、越南生产基地建设项目、补充流动资金和偿还银行贷款。
春光科技2025年三季报显示，前三季度公司主营收入18.68亿元，同比上升25.66%；归母净利润483.35万元，同比上升2.47%。
