12月11日，荃银高科（300087）发布公告，中国种子集团有限公司以要约方式收购公司部分股份。
此次要约收购的期限为2025年12月4日至2026年1月5日，收购股份的数量为1.89亿股，收购价格为11.85元/股。若在要约收购期间公司有派息、送股等事项，将对要约价格和股份数量进行相应调整。
截至2025年12月10日，预受要约的净户数为351户，净预受股份数量合计8500万股，净预受股份比例为44.865%，占公司总股本的比例为8.973%。此次要约收购旨在增强对公司的控制权，收购人基于对公司未来发展的信心进行主动要约。
2025年前三季度，荃银高科实现收入19.34亿元，归母净利润-1.80亿元。
