12月10日，据北京市规自委消息，密云区水源路南侧MY00-0104-6022、6025地块上架预申请，这是北京今年第九轮拟供商品住宅用地之一，也是今年密云区上架的第一宗地块。
公告显示，该地块位于密云区鼓楼街道，土地规模24496.36平方米，规划建筑规模48992.72平方米，起始价3.8亿元，容积率2.0，绿地率30%，建筑控高30米，预计打造洋房与小高层结合的社区。本次公告宗地预申请受理时间自2025年12月10日起至2026年1月8日下午17:00。
