ST易购(002024.SZ)公告称，公司全资子公司苏宁国际的全资子公司Carrefour China Holdings N.V.及其控股子公司与上海启纾家福企业服务合伙企业签订《股权转让协议》，以1元人民币对价出售南京时光煮酒酒业销售有限公司等8家目标公司股权，交易标的合计出售金额为人民币8元。本次转让完成后，目标公司将不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
