格隆汇12月10日丨建业地产(00832.HK)公布，2025年11月份，集团取得物业合同销售额人民币4.86亿元，同比减少为49.5%；合同销售建筑面积75,865平方米，同比减少为46.1%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币4,606元，同比减少为6.3%。
截至2025年11月30日止11个月，集团已取得物业合同销售总额人民币71.68亿元，同比减少为16.3%；总合同销售建筑面积1,127,040平方米，同比减少为12.1%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,360元，同比减少为4.8%。
