酒瓶上若出现 “Hors d'Age” 字样，别以为是普通标识 —— 这法语意为 “超越年龄”，代表基酒陈酿时间远超 XO 标准。
比如雅文邑名庄达豪斯的 Hors d'Age，基酒常陈酿 30 年以上，是酒庄的顶级作品。但需警惕 “伪高端”：部分小酒厂会把刚达 XO 标准（10 年）的酒标上此字样，混淆视听。
鉴别技巧是看品牌背景，像拥有 “雅文邑教皇” 之称的 Darroze 酒庄，其 Hors d'Age 才是真正的收藏级佳酿，曾推出过 1962 年的珍稀年份酒。
