北京商报讯（记者 张君花）12月9日电，奥康国际发布公告称，股东项今羽因个人资金需求，拟通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式合计减持不超过1200万股，占公司总股本的3%。其中，集中竞价减持不超过400万股，大宗交易减持不超过800万股。减持期间为2025年12月31日至2026年3月30日。项今羽当前持有公司7.14%股份，来源为协议转让取得。
