人民财讯12月9日电，12月9日，武汉有23宗涉宅用地出让，包括新洲区7宗、蔡甸区2宗、江夏区9宗、东湖高新区1宗、江汉区2宗、硚口区1宗、汉阳区1宗，总成交金额超82亿元。其中，江汉区一宅地经过39轮竞价，由武汉城祥置业有限公司（武汉城投）以总价4.47亿元竞得，成交楼面价7703元/㎡，溢价率20.49%。其余22宗涉宅用地均底价成交。
