北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）12月9日，辽宁金融监管局发布《关于抚顺东洲抚银村镇银行股份有限公司等四家村镇银行解散的批复》，同意解散抚顺东洲抚银村镇银行股份有限公司、抚顺新宾抚银村镇银行股份有限公司、抚顺顺城抚银村镇银行股份有限公司、抚顺望花抚银村镇银行股份有限公司。上述银行全部业务、资产、债权债务、机构网点、人员以及其他各项权利义务由抚顺银行股份有限公司承接。
