财联社12月9日电，12月9日，美股文件显示，贝壳董事长彭永东首次出售股票，兑现捐赠承诺。4月，贝壳公告彭永东拟捐赠900万股A类普通股，彼时外界评估价值约4.4亿元。捐赠50%税后资金将用于居住行业服务者及其家庭成员的医疗健康福利，50%税后资金将用于应届毕业生等群体的租房帮扶。Q3财报披露后，包括高盛、摩根士丹利等多家大行集体维持对贝壳“买入”或“增持”评级。
