广汇物流公告称，公司于2025年6月6日经董事会审议通过，使用2.14亿元闲置募集资金暂时补充流动资金，期限自批准日起不超12个月。截至2025年12月8日，公司已提前将该笔资金全部归还至募集资金专户，其中2.11亿元归还至专户，256万元已用于募投项目，0.53万元存放于专户未转出，使用期限未超12个月。公司已通知持续督导财务顾问及主办人。
