人民财讯12月8日电，金风科技(002202)12月8日公告，2025年10月13日至2025年12月5日，全资子公司金风投资通过集中竞价和大宗交易的方式合计减持金力永磁股份1228.48万股，减持交易金额约4.59亿元。截至2025年12月5日，金风投资持有金力永磁2515.08万股，占金力永磁股本总数的1.83%。经公司初步测算，公司可获得投资收益约2.15亿元（所得税前），约占2024年度经审计归属于上市公司股东净利润的11.53%，将对公司2025年业绩产生积极影响。
