12月8日，汉嘉设计（300746）发布公告，控股股东浙江城建集团将其持有的2000万股股份解除质押，占其所持股份的17.17%及公司总股本的8.86%；截至公告披露日，城建集团累计质押股份为3800万股，占其所持股份的32.62%及公司总股本的16.83%。
2025年前三季度，汉嘉设计实现收入9.37亿元，归母净利润2536万元。
