12306，出新功能了！

记者7日从中国铁路北京局集团有限公司获悉，12月7日起至2026年雪季结束，铁路部门在京张高铁北京北至崇礼间各车站运行的G字头列车试点推出“雪具便利行”服务，铁路12306客户端同步上线“雪具便利行”功能，旅客线上预约成功后可随车携带雪具并存放在列车指定位置，实现人和雪具随车同行，同时京张高铁部分车站继续提供“雪具快运”服务，“坐着高铁去滑雪”将更加方便快捷。

Starting Sunday and continuing through the end of the 2026 ski season, China Railway Beijing Group is piloting a new “Ski Gear Express” service on select G-series trains operating between Beijing North and Chongli stations on the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-Speed Railway. The corresponding online booking function has also been activated on the 12306 mobile app, allowing passengers to reserve space for their ski equipment to travel onboard in designated storage areas.

This initiative complements the existing "Ski Gear Fast Transport" service available at some stations along the Beijing-Zhangjiakou line, making it even more convenient for travelers to "take the high-speed train to go skiing".

国铁北京局客运部相关负责人介绍，此前，铁路部门按照《国铁集团铁路旅客运输规程》“旅客乘坐动车组列车随身携带的行李物品长、宽、高之和不超过130厘米”的规定，对超过上述尺寸标准的雪具推出了“雪具快运”服务。为了更好满足旅客与雪具随车同行的需求，铁路部门统筹考虑旅客安全、乘车秩序和雪具运输需求，选取京张高铁北京北至崇礼间的G7831/2/3/4/5/6/7/8次列车试点开展“雪具便利行”服务，对动车组列车二等座车厢部分座椅进行了适应性改造，设置专门的“雪具存放处”，旅客选择该服务后可携带长、宽、高之和不超过200厘米的雪具同车出行，滑雪更加方便快捷。对于长、宽、高之和超过200厘米的雪具，由于高铁列车车内空间限制，仍需办理托运。

Previously, in accordance with China Railway's luggage regulations — which stipulate that the total dimensions (length + width + height) of carry-on items on high-speed trains must not exceed 130 cm — ski equipment exceeding this size had to be transported separately via the "Ski Gear Fast Transport" service.

To better meet passenger demand for traveling with their gear, railway authorities have taken into account safety, boarding order, and luggage space availability. They have selected specific trains (G7831/2/3/4/5/6/7/8) on the Beijing North–Chongli route for the pilot. Second-class carriages on these trains have been modified to include dedicated "Ski Gear Storage Areas". Passengers using this service may now bring ski equipment with total dimensions not exceeding 200 cm. Equipment exceeding 200 cm must still be checked due to space limitations onboard.

该负责人介绍，携带雪具出行的旅客可通过铁路12306客户端“雪具便利行”功能查询服务信息，购买指定列车车票后，在购票成功页面选择“雪具便利行”服务并预约付费，开车前10分钟停止受理，开车前1小时可取消订单并全额退款。预约成功后，旅客在乘车当日可携带雪具并妥善包装好，通过有“雪具便利行”标识的通道安检、验证，车站工作人员将同步核验旅客车票及服务订单信息、确认雪具包装符合要求后粘贴核验标识；旅客检票上车后，在列车工作人员引导下将雪具妥善放置于邻近的“雪具存放处”；列车运行期间，工作人员将定时巡查，协助保障雪具运输安全。试点初期，“雪具便利行”服务定价为每套68元，支付费用的旅客可在乘车结束后180日内通过铁路12306客户端开具“数字化电子发票”。

Passengers can check service details and book via the "Ski Gear Express" feature in the 12306 app. After purchasing a ticket for an eligible train, they may select and pay for the add-on service on the booking confirmation page. Reservations close 10 minutes before departure and can be canceled with a full refund up to one hour before the train departs.

On the day of travel, passengers should bring their properly packed equipment and use the dedicated "Ski Gear Express" channel for security and ticket checks. Station staff will verify both the ticket and service reservation, then attach a confirmation tag if packaging meets requirements. Once onboard, train attendants will guide passengers to store their gear in the nearby designated area. Staff will conduct regular inspections during the journey to ensure safe transport.

During the pilot phase, the service is priced at 68 yuan per set of equipment. Passengers may request a digital electronic invoice via the 12306 app within 180 days after travel.
