“非遗+”正成为县域城市破局发展的关键。非遗不仅是文化遗产,更是激活地方经济、塑造文化名片的重要资源。面对同质化竞争和消费升级的挑战,县域城市如何借力非遗打造独特文旅品牌,实现引流与盈利的双重目标,已成为亟待解答的时代命题。

发展现状:目前,我国非遗文旅呈现“三多三少”特点:保护项目多,活化利用少;静态展示多,体验互动少;短期节庆多,持续运营少。县域城市非遗开发普遍停留在浅层展示阶段,缺乏系统规划和深度挖掘,导致“千城一面”的现象。

市场机遇:近年来,文旅消费呈现明显趋势:从观光式旅游向沉浸式体验转变,从大众化产品向个性化定制升级,从物质消费向精神消费延伸。非遗所蕴含的手工温度、文化故事和地方特色,恰好契合了当代游客对“真实性”“在地性”和“情感连接”的需求。

县域优势:县域城市拥有相对完整的文化生态和未被过度商业化的非遗资源,具备打造差异化文旅产品的先天条件。小而美、精而特的非遗项目,更易形成独特记忆点和情感共鸣。

深度挖掘:从“遗产”到“资产”的价值转化,文化解码:系统梳理县域非遗资源,建立“核心符号—文化基因—现代价值”的解读体系。如浙江龙泉将青瓷非遗转化为“宋代极简美学现代演绎”的文化IP。故事重构:将非遗技艺、传承人故事与地方历史、风土人情融合,构建有温度、有情节的叙事体系。福建土楼将建筑技艺与家族迁徙、防御文化、民间信仰结合,形成立体文化叙事。

活态传承:从“保存”到“生活”的场景再造,生产性保护工坊:建立“前店后坊”式非遗工坊,让游客见证创作过程,如贵州丹寨的苗族蜡染体验基地。生活化沉浸街区:打造非遗生活街区,让非遗融入日常生活场景。江苏扬州将雕版印刷、古琴艺术、茶点制作融入东关街日常经营。

创意转化:从“传统”到“当代”的产品创新非遗+设计:邀请设计师与非遗传承人合作,开发符合现代审美和实用功能的文创产品。湘西土家织锦与现代服装设计结合,推出时尚系列。非遗+科技:运用AR/VR技术还原非遗历史场景,数字藏品拓展非遗传播边界。敦煌研究院的数字化敦煌项目是成功典范。

三、盈利模式:构建可持续的非遗商业生态

产品体系:构建“体验-商品-服务”三级盈利结构,体验层:非遗工作坊、研学课程、沉浸式演出等门票收入,占总收入30%-40%。商品层:文创产品、非遗衍生品、跨界联名商品销售,占总收入40%-50%。服务层:非遗主题餐饮、住宿、旅行服务等,占总收入20%-30%。
